    The Flowing Surf training will be available for 3 months. You will have full access during those 3 months, anywhere you go.
  • What Equipment Do I Need Access To?
    All you need is some energy and the willingness to improve your surfing. We recommend you do the exercises on a smooth surface, such as carpet or a yoga mat.
  • How Many Days Per Week Are The Workouts?
    We suggest 5 workouts per week, which usually takes up to 15 minutes.
  • Is This Program Also For Beginners?
    Yes - starting with the right technique is an advantage and will definitely accelerate your learning curve. You might not take advantage of all the maneuver sequences as of right now, but it will help you build your muscle memory for the near future!
  • How Long Will It Take To See Results?
